朱琨,教授、博士生导师。2012年博士毕业于新加坡南洋理工大学(NTU)计算机科学与工程学院,导师为Dusit Niyato 教授 (IEEE Fellow) 与 Ping Wang 教授 (IEEE Fellow)。2012-2015年在加拿大曼尼托巴大学无线网络与服务研究组从事博士后工作,导师为Ekram Hossain 教授 (IEEE Fellow)。2015年11月加入南京航空航天大学计算机科学与技术学院。目前担任江苏省网络与分布计算专委会主任、CCF 网络与数据通信专委会委员。主要研究方向包括网络化无人系统、自主决策、智能网络通信、边缘智能等。在IEEE JSAC、TMC、TWC、TCOM、TKDE等本领域著名学术期刊及IEEE GLOBECOM、ICC、WCNC等权威会议发表论文一百十余篇,Google Scholoar引用4500余次。担任多个期刊编辑与客座编辑,担任GLOBECOM等会议TPC成员。入选江苏特聘教授、江苏省科技副总、南航长空英才、长空之星人才计划、南航杰出人才培养计划,获得2023江苏省计算机学院青年科技奖,2018 ACM 新星奖分会奖,IEEE WCNC 2019最佳论文。主持国家自然科学基金、KJW创新特区、江苏省优秀青年科学基金、国防企业合作等各类项目二十余项。
